Like with any country, there are good and bad sides to Germany where they do accept certain things but there’s xenophobia there like with any Western immigration when it comes to nonwhite immigration. There are cases where some people get targeted with death threats or are killed by those white supremacists, as well as mistreatment of ethnic minorities that I think racism’s as much of a problem in Germany as it is anywhere else.
Anti-immigration’s a thing in Germany as it is in America or any other Western country, as with the rise of white nationalism that it’s even remarked in German media; there are immigrants in Germany the oldest recorded being the Romani as well as prejudices against them. Racism even grew in Germany, where it’s already getting alarming. Not to mention, Germany might even be less pet-friendly when it comes to dogs being poisoned and making it to the headlines.
(No seriously, there was even a dog hater magazine just as there’s the infamous Gegenhund website.)
So in a sense, Germany’s not without its fault but where some of its problems are common (dog abuse, racism and xenophobia) and some are specific to It and its neighbours (people named Kevin are stigmatised).
